Two 1.5-hour group sessions each month with women who share similar lived experiences, offering support, understanding, and connection. Available both in person and online.
Texting Support
You will receive ongoing texting support throughout the month as part of your subscription.

Men’s Group
Healing from Toxic & Abusive Relationships

This group is designed for men committed to breaking unhealthy cycles of power and control in their relationships. Led by a male ICF-certified life coach, with advisory support from Healing Truth Life Coaching, this group provides tools to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
