Healing Truth Life Coaching is a supportive service for women—especially those recovering from domestic abuse—focused on healing, empowerment, and personal growth through group support, 1:1 coaching, and guided online courses.

Our services are designed for women who are healing from emotional, verbal, or physical abuse, and who want to regain their voice, rebuild their confidence, and create a new path forward.

 Interactive Online Courses (It’s like Dear Diary answering back!)

How much does it cost?

Coaching Package: $150/month (includes 2 support groups, one private session, and texting support)

Online Courses: $47/month

Individual Coaching: $105/hour

What is the “Time to Thrive” course?

It’s a free starter course offered online through Quenza to help women begin their healing journey. No credit card required—just an email to get started.

Do I have to finish the courses on a schedule?

No. All courses are self-paced, and you can complete them on your own time. We encourage a gentle, one-step-at-a-time approach.

Can I access all the courses at once?

To stay focused and avoid overwhelm, clients can access one course at a time while they maintain their monthly subscription. Courses are curated based on your needs and goals.

What happens if I stop paying?

If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will lose access to the online course material and ongoing coaching support. However, you're welcome to rejoin anytime.

Is everything confidential?

Yes. Your privacy and safety are our top priority. All coaching sessions and group participation are confidential.
